Custom lamination allows for applying a wide range of adhesive materials and substrates – single or double-coated – to improve strength, stability and durability for the most complex medical and industrial applications.

Our custom-built slitters, designed for wide-web and liner scoring, deliver precision tolerances and consistent, accurate results. We can cut adhesive materials down to ½ inch. With DermaMed, we can take your product from concept to market without the need to contract out integral processes like lamination and slitting

DermaMed is able to provide slitting services for a variety of materials and configurations. Those include:

• Dry edge liner extensions, one or both sides
• Liner scoring
